Individual Therapy
I accompany individuals as they reconnect with their bodies, experiences, and the relationships that shape their lives. My work is relational, attuned, rooted in somatic practice, and informed by parts work.
Individual therapy session: $170 per 55-minute session
Payment is due at time of service and clients can pay using credit card or HSA. I utilize a HIPAA compliant payment system to securely store credit card information.

Supervision
I offer individual and group clinical supervision for associate clinicians working toward licensure in Washington State. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in somatic practice, with space to explore clinical work, professional identity, and the embodied experience of being a therapist.
Together, we deepen your clinical skills while cultivating greater trust in your own presence, intuition, and way of working.
Individual or dyad supervision: $170 per 55-minute session. For dyads, the fee may be split between two clinicians.
Group supervision (3+ clinicians): $65 per person, per session.
Group & Community Work
I facilitate workshops and groups for people who want to bring somatic awareness into their communities, classrooms, or organizations. These spaces foster connection, attunement, and embodied resilience.
Teaching & Consultation
I teach graduate-level courses and provide organizational consultation at the intersection of leadership and embodiment. My approach emphasizes relational attunement, presence, and the practical integration of somatic practices into professional and personal settings.
